We are inviting you to participate in a survey that is a part of a research project conducted at Malmö University. The study focuses on how you experience your work environment, and will contain questions concerning experiences, attitudes, and behaviors at work. The survey is expected to take approximately 15 minute to complete.
Purpose of the Study
The aim of the study is to better understand experiences of unhelpful workplace social support by examining its potential predictors and outcomes. Furthermore, the current research aims to investigate whether unhelpful workplace social support is perceived and received differently when it comes from coworkers versus supervisors. There are no identified consequences or risks associated with participating in the study.
